Polls by May-end at any cost, says Dahal

Addressing the inaugural function of the UCPN (M)'s Lalitpur district convention Tuesday, Dahal said the election will be held even if the Nepali Congress and the UML are not ready for it and that his party "is ready for any kind of agreement" to ensure it.
