Private schools and colleges across the country remained shut for the second day on Monday to protest against the Sunday's nationwide strike called by Association of Private Institutions Nepal.
The UCPN (Maoist) affiliated student wing, All Nepal National Independent Student Union (Revolutionary) announced the strike saying that students studying in private schools and colleges also need to be given the right to form unions.
