Boys Union reclaim A Division berth
Boys Union Club have reclaimed their A Division berth after lifting the title of Red Bull B Division Football League on Tuesday. The Club had relegated to B Division two years ago.
The club defeated Swoyambhu Club 3-2 in their last match of the tournament held in capital on Tuesday.
Boys Union have topped the league chart, accumulating 26 points after playing 12 matcehs. They won seven matches while played five draws of the total played matches.
Similarly, Tushal Youth Club have to satisfy as runner-up with 25 points while Birgunj Youth Academy Club and Samajik Club became second runner-up and third runner-up respectively.
With the win, the winner team Boys Union bagged Rs. 400,000 while runner-up, second runner-up and third runner-up received Rs. 200,000, Rs. 100,000 and Rs. 50,000 respectively.
