Nepal lose to Delhi club in T20 friendly
Nepal lost to hosts Roshanara Club by two wickets in a practice match played at Roshanara Club Ground in New Delhi on Wednesday.
Winning the toss, Nepal posted a target of 130 runs losing all their wickets in 20 overs. Skipper Paras Khadka scored highest of 32 runs off 31 balls while Binod Bhandari scored 17 runs and Manjeet Shrestha 16 runs. Sahil Harneja, Rohin Khanna and Dalip Dugar took two wickets a piece for the winning side.
Roshanara reached the target in 19.4 overs scoring 131 runs with the loss of eight wickets. Shiv Puri scored 36 runs, Karan Negi 23 runs and Jagrit Anand 20. Sanjam Regmi took two wickets for the visiting side. Nepalnews.com |
