Local development ministry urges stakeholders to not to disrupt district council meetings

The Ministry of Federal Affairs and Local Development has called on all stakeholders, including local political parties to not to obstruct district council meetings.

In a statement on Wednesday the ministry said that its attention has been drawn towards various incidents across the country which have obstructed such meetings. It said that as the meetings were crucial for local development projects, the should be allowed to go on unhindered.
