Chinese envoy presents Letter of Credence to Prez

Newly appointed Chinese ambassador to Nepal Wu Chuntai presented his Letter of Credence to President Ram Baran Yadav at the latter's office, Shital Niwas, on Monday.

Wu, a carrier diplomat, had arrived in Nepal last week, to head the Chinese mission after his predecessor, Yang Houlan, was recalled from Kathmandu to be appointed ambassador to Burma. Wu is a law graduate from the University of Cambridge and speaks fluent English.
