No point in anti-govt protests now, says Sapkota
UCPN (Maoist) Spokesperson Agni Sapkota has said that all political parties now need to prepare for elections, and there was no point in protesting against the recent 11-point agreement among four major political forces.
Talking to mediapersons at the party's headquarters in Paris Danda, Sapkota said that political parties that boycott the electoral process would be boycotted by the people. The Maoist leader informed that a high level political mechanism -- with leaders of his party, NC, UML and Madhesi Morcha as members -- will be soon formed to help the government prepare for elections.
Sapkota stated that Chairman of the election government Khil Raj Regmi will follow advice given by the committee. He said that the Cabinet members would be chosen to represent people from all geographical regions. nepalnews.com
