Civil servants warn of boycotting polls
Members of various civil servants unions have demanded that the government approve an ordinance to make amendments to Civil and Health Service Acts.
The two ordinances were prepared by the Baburam Bhattarai government to introduce reforms in bureaucracy, said the unions, adding that President's Office has shelved the ordinance for no reason.
Chairman of the Nepal Civil Servant Union Subodh Devkota said union members would boycott the election if their demands are not met. nepalnews.com
