Nat’l Industrial Expo kicks off

The 24th edition of National Industrial Expo kicked off at the Bhrikutimandap exhibition hall, in Kathmandu on Wednesday.

The five-day event is aimed at promoting products manufactured by cottage and small scale industries, said Cottage and Small Industry Development Committee.

Entrepreneurs from across the country are participating in the event. The exhibition is showcasing domestic goods including handicrafts, organic goods, tea, coffee, hand-made paper, woolen products and leather goods among others.

The organisers expect some 100,000 footfalls during the event. Nepalnews.com
