UML Politburo member Jha calls it quits

A UML Politburo member has resigned from all his positions in the party accusing its leaders of indulging in activities that do not befit its name.

Ram Chandra Jha ( a Madhesi leader from Dhanusha District) put in his papers on Thursday morning alleging that UML top brass betrayed the people and their aspirations for change.

Jha said that he would continue to serve the Communist movement in Nepal, although he has not announced allegiance to any other party. nepalnews.com
