FNCCI seeks economic agenda as main priority in political parties' manifesto

In course of holding meeting with the political parties, FNCCI also held meeting with Rastriya Prajatantra Party Nepal (RPP-N) recently to urge the party to focus on the economic agendas in its manifesto.
As the country’s economy has been hindering due to political instability, FNCCI president Suraj Vaidya said that the political parties should give first priority to economic agendas.
“The leaders should first focus on the sentiment of economic development and then political development.”
On the occasion, RPP-Nepal Chairman Kamal Thapa assured all the economic agendas raised by the private sector in his party’s manifesto. “The party’s recognition is ‘Economy First’ for prosperous Nepal.”
He said the private sector, government and public should go hand-in-hand for attaining the economic development. nepalnews.com
