Regional experts call for joint efforts on climate change
Experts from the SAARC region have called for collective efforts to fight climate change. Speaking at the inaugural session of the SAARC workshop 'Climate Change and Disasters: Emerging Trends and Future Strategies' organised by SAARC Disaster Management Center (SDMC) in Kathmandu Thursday, they said this region is one of the most disaster prone region in the world.
