Experts from the various sectors have said that economic agenda should get the top priority in the federal system. Speaking at program ' Evolving Roles of Local Governments and Fiscal Challenges of Federal Nepal' in Kathmandu Sunday they also stressed that the political leadership should be conscious during the formation of the federal system.
