Chairman of Melamchi Drinking Water Development Committee and Secretary of Physical Planning Ministry, Purna Kadariya, informed that the construction of the tunnel of Melamchi Drinking Water Project is underway. Organising a press conference in Kathmandu Wednesday, Kadariya said that the project's main donor ADB has put 'some conditions' for additional assistance.
