As discussion about the restructuring of the state is going on in the intellectual circle of the country, there has been a slow discussion on restructuring of judiciary during this process. Even Supreme Court judge Anup Raj Sharma was vocal in favour of restructuring of the judiciary in an interaction on Thursday.
