Information and Communication Minister and Maoist Spokesperson Krishna Bahadur Mahara has said that the first meeting of the Constituent Assembly (CA) will formally end the monarchy in Nepal. Speaking at a book launching programme in Kathmandu, Friday, he stressed the need for unity among all the parties to build a new Nepal.
