Minister for Water Resources Bishnu Poudel, speaking at an interaction, stated that the governments’ first priority will be on hydropower and that PM Dahal will raise the issue strongly during his visit to India-Minister Poudel also talked about the Koshi flooding and the steps the government is taking.
