'Sanitation and Hygiene Master Plan 2011' prepared by the Ministry of Physical Planning and Works has been unveiled by President Dr Ram Baran Yadav in Kathmandu on Thursday.The Master Plan aims to make basic sanitation facilities available to all people by 2017.
