Speaking  at a programme organised to celebrate Chhath festival in Kathmandu Tuesday, chairman of CPN-UML Jhala Nath Khanal said major three parties will reach consensus on peace process and constitution-drafting soon. According to him, such a consensus will create foundation for prosperous Nepal.
