General Secretary of Nepali Congress (NC) Krishna Prasad Sitaula has blamed that the current Bhattarai-led government violated the recent 7 point deal on peace process by deciding to extend his cabinet, appoint ambassadors and recommend murder-convict lawmaker Bal Krishna Dhungel for presidential pardon. Sitaula was speaking at programme organised by party's student wing, Nepal Student Union (NSU) in Kathmandu Friday.
