The Commission for Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA)  celebrated its 21th anniversary by organising various programmes in Kathmandu on Saturday. Prime Minister Baburam Bhattarai, CA chair Shubas  Nemwang, chiefs of the constitutional bodies and the representatives of the national and international organisations working against corruption attended the special function organised at its office to mark the anniversary.
