Hardliner faction of the UCPN (Maoist) led by vice chairman Mohan Baidya enforced one hour chakkajam (transportation strike) on Wednesday protesting against the party establishment's decision to handover control of the People's Liberation Army (PLA) cantonments to the Nepal Army.
