Speaking at a programme in the capital Tuesday, Finance Minister Barsh Man Pun claimed that the government would introduce full-fledged budget based on political consensus and the budget would on time. FM Pun dismissed the calls of opposition parties that the government can only bring one-third budget. He said a partial budget would be unconstitutional given the absence of the legislature parliament.
