The government has announced one-third budget of Rs. 161.24 billion for the fiscal year 2012/13 through an ordinance as per article 96 (a) of Interim Constitution on Sunday. Finance Minister Barsha Man Pun presented the budget amidst a press conference at Singha Durbar in Kathmandu.
