7th UCPN (M) central plenum kicks off

The seventh central plenum of the UCPN (Maoist) started in the capital on Tuesday. Party chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal inaugurated the five-day plenum at  Bhrikuti Mandap. Over 5000 state committee-level party workers are participating in the plenum.
