The Election Commission (EC) on Monday said the Constituent Assembly (CA) election cannot be held on November 22. Organising a press conference at the Office of Election Commission of Nepal , Bahadur Bhawan, acting chief commissioner Neel Kantha Uprety said that CA elections cannot be held on the date announced by the government.
