Speaking at a programme in the capital on Monday, Nepali Congress central committee leader Ram Sharan Mahat said the NC's current internal rift was because of the personal interests of the three senior leaders - president Shusil Koirala, vice president Ram Chandra Poudel and  Sher Bahadur Deuba.  Mahat also warned that if the senior leaders continue to prolong the current state of indecision other leaders will intervene.
