The Special Committee (for Supervision, Rehabilitation and Integration of former Maoist combatants) has decided to bid farewell to former combatants (who are still languishing in the cantonments) who have either opted voluntary retirement or who have failed to meet the standards set by Nepal Army for integration into the Army by giving away cash package in a single installment.
