CPN-Maoist submitted a memorandum with the list of 70 demands to the government on Monday. A delegation led by party's vice chairman C.P Gajurel handed over the memorandum to Prime Minster Baburam Bhattarai at the latter's office in Singha Durbar this afternoon.
