Speaking at a talk programme in Kathmandu on Tuesday, former chairperson of Constitutional Committee of the dissolved Constituent Assembly (CA) Nilambar Acharya said the best option for the political parties is to go for fresh election and that reinstating the CA cannot be a favourable option.
