The price of the gold has declined by Rs. 1,200 per tola (11.664 gm) to stand at Rs. 49,300 per tola on Sunday from the highest record of Rs. 50,500 per tola on Thursday last week.
Though the price of the gold has witnessed continuous hike in the domestic market, the price has started decreasing from Friday last week following the improvement in the share market in Europe and America.
The price had plunged by Rs. 850 per tola on Friday
Earlier, the price of the precious metal had been continuously increasing every week following the price hike in the international market due to economic crisis in US and Europe. nepalnews.com
