TeliaSonera, one of the leading phone companies in the Nordic region has planned to enter into an agreement with Nepal’s Ncell unit regarding its additional ownership stake.
According to the company, if the law permits, it would raise its additional ownership by 12.43 percent in Ncell.
So far, TeliaSonera has 60.4 percent stake in Ncell, according to the company. nepalnews.com
