The Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI) is set to conduct FNCCI Business Confidence Survey with an aim to assess private sector’s perception on the country’s economic issues and business conditions.
Opinions of private business entrepreneurs from across the country will be collected as part of the survey being conducted with the support of NEAT Activity/USAID.
FNCCI has planned to develop Business Confidence Index on the basis of the survey.
Unveiling the business survey plan on Friday in the capital, FNCCI vice-president Bhawani Rana said this kind of survey would help support the Nepal Investment Year.
FNCCI plans to complete the survey and publicise the findings within the next five months. The federation will be conducting the survey twice a year. nepalnews.com
