B.P Yadav, the Constituent Assembly member of the Madhesi Janadhikar Forum (Republican) who remains suspended after accusations of misuse of his diplomatic passport, physically assaulted party's minister Raj Lal Yadav during MJF-R's parliamentary party meeting on Monday.

B.P YadavB.P Yadav jumped on the Minister without Portfolio after the latter countered his views that the party should pull out of the government, it is learnt. He got agitated after minister Yadav said he should not be allowed to speak in the PP meeting as he has been suspended.

Minister Yadav walked out of the meeting hall soon after the incident.

B.P Yadav, along with Nepali Janata Dal lawmaker Gayatri Sah, was suspended as the CA member in May last year, after the Commission for Investigation of Abuse of Authority filed a case, accusing him of renting the red passports for hefty sum.

Both the CA members were detained for few days during the investigation. The cases against them are pending in the Special Court. nepalnews.com
