Courtesy: Rabindra MishraAcharya, 55, who was bereaved by his wife Mira in April last year, tied the nuptial knot with Ramila, a widow, in the presence of a few close friends, family members and relatives at the house of one of Ramila's relatives in Gongabu.

Ramila, 45, is mother of a 21-years old son. Her husband had died in an accident ten years ago.

Acharya, who has initiated charity projects in memory of his first wife who died of brain hemorrhage, is said to have become ready for second marriage after persistent advice from his close friends and family members specially his sons Mohit and Trilok. Many people had expressed their profound sympathy to Acharya after seeing the picture of him grieving his wife’s death.

"I've started new inning in life. I'm very happy," marriage attendants quoted Acharya as saying.

However, Acharya’s close friend Madan Shrestha with whom has been partnering in comedy shows for decades, could not attend the wedding ceremony as he is currently in Bangkok for the treatment of his wife. nepalnews.com
