Three passengers were killed and 18 others injured after when a jeep overturned on the road at Dakhwadi VDC-9 in Pyuthan.
According to District Police Office, Lal Bahadur Shrestha of Bijuli-3, Durga Bahadur Dhami of Dakhwadi-3 and Kamal Bhandari of Dhuwang-2 of the district died in the accident.
The jeep (Lu 1 Ja 1668) was heading to Bijuwar from Baraula. Overspeed caused the accident, police said.
The injured passengers have been receiving treatment at the district hospital of Pyuthan. nepalnews.com
