Teams of Nepal Army, Nepal police and locals doused the fire. However, the fire brigade vehicles could not reach the site due to narrow street.

Police Inspector Hem Kumar Shrestha said the fire fighters faced difficulties while as the fire brigade trucks and tankers could not reach the site. The fire was put off by using water from five fire brigade vehicles and 20 tankers parked at a distance.   Â
