Three persons were killed when a bus carrying wedding procession met with an accident in Lamahi of Dang district along Mahendra highway this afternoon.

Injured passengers receiving treatment at a local hospital in Lamahi (Photo Courtesy: Nimu Sangam Gharti)The bus (NA 3 Kha 1508) heading to Chailahi VDC- 1 Bhaiskurma from Deupur of the same VDC skidded of the road and overturned at around 4.00 pm, according to Area Police Office Lamahi.

The deceased have been identified as Binod Chaudhari, 19, and Shiva Narayan Chaudhari, 20, of Chailahi VDC while the identity of another person is yet to be established.

Other ten persons who were injured in the accident have been rushed to Nepalgunj for treatment. nepalnews.com
