Police on Sunday arrested a woman on charge of killing her three-year-old daughter from Jorpati of Kathmandu.

Sarita Rai, 28, permanent resident of Khotang district was arrested on charge of killing her three years old daughter Anisha. It is learnt that Anisha died after Sarita hit her with a broom handle Sunday morning.

The child who fell  unconscious died while being rushed to Kanti Children Hospital for treatment, said the police. nepalnews.com
