Police busted a group of girl traffickers from Bathmnaha area of Bihar, India on Sunday.
Police netted the racketeers with the support of locals while the later were merchandizing a fourteen-year-old girl of Khanar-4, Sunsari to New Delhi, according to RSS.
It is said that police arrested Hari Sahani (48) hailing from Bathnaha acting on tip off by locals.
Area Police Office, Itahari is enquiring Sahani about the incident.
Locals immediately informed police when they knew that the racketeers were taking an adolescent girl with mental disorder under influence.
Some locals of the village followed the trafficker up to Bathnaha and got success to hold the wrongdoers, villagers said.
Sahani was pretending to be relative of the victim girl after being caught, said Bharat Chaudhary, a local of Khanar-4, who was deputed to rescue the girl.
The rescued girl was handed over to her family members on the initiative of locals and police, said Area Police Office, Itahari. nepalnews.com
