Three children were killed when fire engulfed a poultry farm in Chaurjahari of Rukum district Friday evening.
The children, two girls and a boy, who were playing inside the thatched hut, were caught in the fire. The deceased were Kalidas Sharma, 5, Sumitra Gosai, 6, and Karina Batha, 4.
Army personnel, police and local residents took the fire under control at around 5 pm.
Police suspected that somebody might have set the poultry farm on fire intentionally and that they had launched search for the suspect. nepalnews.com
