A delegation of the Kuwaiti Foreign Ministry expressed their eagerness to make investment in Nepal’s potential sectors along with boosting business between the two countries.

Speaking at an interaction with Nepali business entrepreneurs organised by Nepal Kuwait Chamber of Commerce and Industries (NKCCI) on Monday in the capital, senior official Mahammad Ahmad Al-Mujrin Al-Roomi said that Nepal has huge potential and Kuwaitis are keen to make investment here.

He also expressed the need to set up Kuwaiti mission in Nepal to promote and boost bilateral trade and investment between the two nations.

As Kuwait is one of the favourite destination for Nepali job aspirants, he also expressed further support and help in the process of hiring the Nepali aspirants.

On the occasion, Nepali business entrepreneurs also highlighted tourism, hydropower, agriculture among other sectors as potential sector where Kuwaitis can make investment.

Acquainting the delegation about the Nepal Investment Year, Surendra Bir Malakar, president of NKCCI urged the delegation to extend their support for the success of investment year by attracting more Kuwaitis’ investment. nepalnews.com
