Four workers were killed in a mudslide that was caused by an excavating machine during construction works at Chusang VDC of remote Mustang district on Thursday.
The deceased have been identified as Dhurva Majhi and Jhalak Majhi of Sindhupalchowk, Jit Bahadur Rana of Gorkha and Sunil Kumar Chaudhary of Rajapur, Dang.
The four workers of Tiger Construction died after getting trapped inside a huge debris that fell on the excavator during the ongoing construction works of the Kagbeni-Lomanthang road.
Police said a rescue team is searching for survivors in the debris. nepalnews.com
