Maoist cadres have padlocked District Revenue Office in Baglung protesting against the government move  to revoke its previous decision of legalising land transactions made by parallel government of the UCPN (Maoist) during the insurgency.

A group of the Maoist cadres led by  politburo member Lil Bahadur Thapa evicted staffs from the office and padlocked it. The service of the revenue office has been affected after it was padlocked.
