Nepal's first-ever stone inscription at Tathali VDC in the eastern Bhaktapur is losing its existence in the absence of conservation, RSS reports.
Around 400-year-old ancient stone-carved descriptions at Tathali VDC-3 and 4 is important from historical and cultural perspectives. However, its existence is at stake with increased encroachment when no efforts are made for its preservation, locals said.
The three flat graphite inscribed with 15 separate historical facts at Biswokarma village, Nalachhap plain land and Halala village, Basuki are being overshadowed due to lack of publicity and proper attention of the concerned sides. Nepalnews.com
