Janatantrik Madhesh-Terai Mukti Morcha (Jhawar Shah group), a Terai-based armed outfit has agreed to handover its weapons to the government as it signs six point agreement with the government following talks with the latter on Sunday.

As per the agreement reached between Minister for Peace and Reconstruction, Satya Pahadi and Coordinator of the Morcha, Jhawar Shah at the Peace Ministry, Morcha will be committed towards peace and constitution and stop illegal armed activities.

Similarly, the government will ensure security of  Morcha leaders and behave as the Morcha as the political group, according to minister Pahadi. Nepalnews.com
