Nepali Congress president Sushil Koirala Sunday claimed said new constitution would be promulgated by May 27 deadline.

Speaking at a press meet organised by Nepal Press Union Udayapur Chapter this morning, Koirala assured that the nation will get the complete constitution on time by clearly addressing the issue of federalism.
Koirala also ruled out the possibility the federalism based on ethnicity and one Madhes state adding that such models would push the country towards split. nepalnews.com
