Indian Army chief VK Singh arrived in Kathmandu Wednesday to attend the regional seminar on disaster organised by the Nepal Army.
Soon after arriving in Kathmandu, General Singh met his Nepali counterpart Chhattraman Singh Gurung at the NA headquarters, discussing mutual cooperation between the two armies.
General Singh is scheduled to address the concluding ceremony of the three-day seminar on Thursday. He will leave on Friday.
