President Dr Ram Baran Yadav Friday expressed his hope that new constitution would be promulgated within stipulated time.
Addressing a function at a local school in Janakpur, President Yadav said chances of new constitution being promulgated in time have increased after the signing of the five-point agreement among the major parties Thursday night.
He said the fresh agreement among the parties was a good sign for the country.
The President also condemned the bomb blast at a peaceful sit-in in Janakpur on Monday that claimed lives of five innocent people. nepalnews.com
