The top leaders of the UCPN-Maoist and the Nepali Congress (NC) held meeting Saturday morning in a bid to find way outs of existing differences on the key issues related to the constitution drafting including state restructuring and form of governance. The meeting ended without conclusion after the leaders of both parties were divided on the names, delineation and number of the federal provinces, RSS quoted NC vice-president Ram Chandra Poudel as saying.
"Discussions are underway. There are still differences on the naming and number of the state," Paduel said.
